What happened
- Return request #6786891 was submitted and accepted for shipment back. As of now, the refund has not been processed. Sklum never arranged a time to collect the goods when they were supposed to.
- Multiple phone attempts were unanswered; the published phone number did not connect us to a human agent.
- Chat/email interactions appeared automated; we could not reach a human support representative.
